We are excited to let you know about some wonderful events and activities happening at this years festival:
Street festival - With the help of Open Streets Hamilton we are closing Barton St E between Wentworth and Birch to encourage more modes of active transportation while also giving us lots of room to showcase the many wonderful Hamilton assets.
Community Cup – Empowerment Squared is organizing bringing together community members and newcomers in the spirit of creating welcoming communities and facilitating friendships through soccer. The unity and camaraderie involved in the soccer component brings different cultures together and facilitates teamwork, networking, and the creation of new friendships. Scouts Camp and Youth Zone At Powell Park there will be a live stage with youth acts, several scouting stations where you can learn to tie knots, put up a tent and more. All brought to you by the Local scouts group and GALA.
Green Street Come Alive Outside and AP Landscape design are making Barton Green as they lay sod on the street.
Barton Beer Fest presented by Urban Fields Inc located at Woodlands Park the following breweries will be there: Saw Dust City, Shawn and Ed
